Andrew Watson builds a single-brand order manually in Happy Buyers first: setting days on hand and lead time, filtering to restock only, and saving it. Then he does the same order through Claude connected to the Happy Buyers API, and the agent seeds the draft straight into the Orders tab.
Also covered: how the agent asks whether you want one order per store or one combined, what happens when it hits a gap like a missing case size, and why the answer should get written back into Happy Buyers instead of stored in your chat history. As Danny Gold puts it, you don't want to use Claude as a database.
You'll need an API key, which any admin can generate from the settings screen in Happy Buyers.
