Analyze Customer Segments

Happy Cabbage enables you to analyze customer segments with use of dropdown lists and sliders. First, select your target segment from the dropdown list. Then adjust your parameters, whether through order size, number of times ordered, total sales, or other. To remove filters and start again, click "Refresh Targeting" at the top of the page.

Recapture Lost Customers

To recapture lost customers, go to the Key Opportunities page, and select the "Recapture Lost Customers" card at the top. You will be able to see how many customers out of all of your contacts have not ordered in the last 90 days. Craft a custom message of your liking, featuring a sale, product promotion, or other exclusive offer. Consider adding opt-out to your message, CC your staff, and click "Send Message".

Identify Top Spenders

To identify top spenders, visit "Target Customers" and from the "Select Target Segment" dropdown menu, click on "High Spenders Top 20%". Click "Explore Map" to get a sense of where these customers are located for a delivery promotion or more targeted marketing.

Engage First Time Customers

Engage first-time customers on the Key Opportunities page. Click "Engage New Customers" to see how many customers have made purchases in the last 30 days but have not yet been contacted. Craft a targeted message thanking them and offering a promotion or exclusive offer to keep them coming back, and click "Send Message".

Target Customers by Product Preference

If you have a promotion available on specific products, it's easy to send targeted messaging to customers who might be interested. Go to the Key Opportunities page and click any "Promote" category, whether flower, vapes, edibles, or other. Craft a targeted message with your latest promotion and click "Send Message".
