The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team.  This person will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth through upsells and ensuring customer solutions are successful.  This person will be hugely impactful to scaling the organization.

To achieve our goals of growth & scale while revolutionizing an emerging market, we need someone who has strong project management skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships and ensure client growth success from HCA product suite
  • Own upsell, cross sell and renewal quota
  • Measure and evaluate opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention and usage
  • Lead project improvement processes of CX related processes
  • Onboard new dispensaries and lead implementation process
  • A deep understanding of our software platform, the industry and client challenges
  • Ability to deliver product demos, troubleshoot customer issues
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales & Tech teams; report progress and updates to leadership team

You’ll be setup for success if you have

  • 3+ years of sales or customer success experience, with experience in the cannabis industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Quick thinker and creative problem solver, thrives in fast paced environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Unwavering curiosity and eagerness to learn
